Real Problem with the Real Presence

Ever since I posted my more significant comments on the Real Presence in the Eucharist and believe among the faithful, something interesting has occurred. On articles on various sites, best amalgamated on Pewsitter, we have further commentary regarding the Real Presence as well as desecration of the Eucharist.
In the first article linked below, a Spanish "artist" in Barcelona stole hundreds of consecrated wafers (Body of Christ) for an artistic project. He went to Mass, and because of the post Vatican II rules regarding the distribution and reception of the Eucharist, this man was able to palm the Eucharist hundreds of times to create his art.

In other article, a man describes his formation by the Church and his father when a consecrated wafer fell to the ground during a TLM mass in the 50s and how it shaped his faith - especially in comparison to the article above.
The Day the Host Dropped
What these articles highlight is the necessity of beginning at the beginning in order to reclaim our Faith. As Father Z says, "change the liturgy and you change the world." As I said a week ago or so, "change the Priest, change the liturgy and you change the world."
Before all that, we have to believe in Him again. As a Church and as a planet, we have abandoned Him. He will never abandon us. But we will pay for walking away just like the only to put everything back in order is to return to Him -- and that begins in the Eucharist and His real presence in the bread & wine that become His Body and Blood.
